Placing an Order
To place an order complete the order form and return it to us by fax or email. You can also contact us direct by telephone and we will take your order. A confirmation of order will be sent to you with the amount being charged along with any shipping and insurance charges.
Once your order has been confirmed we will hold it for 7 days. If we have not received your payment by then, the item is put for sale again.
Payment Options
AJ Garwood Antiques conveniently accept purchases with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cheques and money orders or you can make direct payment to our UK bank account, details on request.
Shipping Procedures
All shipping costs will be confirmed at time of order and will include Insurance. All UK orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or Interlink. Overseas orders will be despatched using Fedex.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the order. Orders must be returned within 7 days after receiving our confirmation, at which time a full refund will be sent to you minus shipping and insurance charges. After that all orders are considered FINAL.
Breakage/Damage
If any item is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, retain the original shipping carton with the damaged merchandise. Notify us immediately and we will arrange collection and authorise the necessary credit.
